Only registered guests are allowed. Optional breakfast is £15 per guest per day. Heating: kitchen underfloor heating is controlled by a digital panel beside the sofa. Bedroom heating uses the main thermostat outside the bathroom, with individual radiator valves. No smoking, parties or events. Quiet hours after 10 PM. Excellent transport links: Uxbridge Road buses 2 minutes away; Shepherd’s Bush Market Station 8 minutes (Circle & Hammersmith & City); Shepherd’s Bush Station 10 minutes (Central & Overground); Goldhawk Road 12 minutes; Kensington Olympia 15 minutes. Westfield London is a 10-minute walk. Holland Park, Eventim Apollo, Stamford Bridge, Wembley Stadium, Hyde Park, Kensington Palace and Notting Hill are easily accessible. Oxford Street, Buckingham Palace, Heathrow and Paddington are also well connected. Supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, takeaways, pharmacies, banks, parks and shops are nearby. If a guest loses a key or is locked out due to their own negligence, a call-out fee applies: £200 + VAT from 9 AM–5 PM, or £320 + VAT after 5 PM.
